Sardar Trading Agencies, the official distributor of Jaguar and Land Rover in Iraq, participated in the activities of the International Defense Exhibition from 4th to 7th March 2023 within Baghdad International Fairground. The British Jaguar and Land Rover, which is the most distinguished brand in the local automotive market, and its products aim to serve a wide range of discerning customers in the transportation sector.

The participation was presented with a luxurious collection of Defender cars (90 and 130) designed for use as military vehicles. Each of them was equipped with accessories accordingly. The exterior paint of the two cars was also prepared to reflect the official colors and markings adopted by the government security forces. The two cars are distinguished by specifications, the most prominent of which is the high ability to go through bumpy roads and severe use conditions, and they are distinguished by their elegant shape and strength. In addition, Jaguar Land Rover introduced the I-PACE electric car for the first time in Iraq. The I-PACE offers high performance and contributes to reducing the rate of carbon dioxide and greenhouse gas emissions through its engine that uses electric power for movement as an alternative to the traditional engine that uses fossil fuels. Presenting the I-PACE in the future traffic police livery and colors.

Mr. Steve Alexander, Director of the company’s branch in Baghdad, confirmed that the participation comes within a series of events that the company performs outside the showrooms, for the purpose of meeting the requirements of the security forces participating in this annual specialized exhibition and interacting with the brand’s audience to inform those interested about the latest models and technologies and interact with their requirements. Our participation today is a continuation of a march in the service of the public sector, as the company has previously equipped the Ministry of Interior in the Kurdistan region with hundreds of wheels that are still in service today, in addition to supplying the Basra Governorate with a number of Land Rover Defender wheels as part of the preparations for the 25th Arabian Gulf Cup, which It was held in the province last month.
