Each of the company’s three manufacturing facilities boasts a symbolic “Safety Gate.” Local Hino Team Members designed each gate’s motto. The plants have also established Safety Committees, comprised of Team Members from various departments, functions, and responsibilities. The Committees meet regularly to review issues and implement best practices, often with the assistance of third-party safety specialist consultants.
