Baghdad – Iraq. On 2nd May, 2019, Sardar Machinery Co., a member of Sardar Group and official Hino truck dealer in Iraq, hosted an event of the ground breaking of the State-of-the-Art Hino 3S facility Al-Sadiya District in Baghdad. The new facility is the first of its kind in Iraq implementing the newest standards of Hino, a Japanese leading truck manufacture of Toyota Group. The new Hino Facility total area is (14,126 m2) including green area by %25 of the total land. The project will consist of a Showroom, Service Center with official warranty services and provide Hino genuine parts. Hino brand is exclusively represented by Toyota Iraq , an exclusive importer and distributor of Toyota brand. Among Japanese truck manufactures, Hino is the only brand that has set up official channels in Iraq and providing manufacture’s official warranty to Iraqi users.

The event ceremony was honored by the presence of, His Excellency Mr. Naofumi Hashimoto the Ambassador of Japan to Iraq, the representative of Baghdad Investment Commission, the representative of Baghdad Majority, Mr. Raed Al-Robayee, General Manager of Al-Rashid Municipality with the a number of Iraqi businessmen, and Mr. Sardar Al Bebany, Chairman and CEO of Sardar Group, Mr. Masahiko Taniguchi Group General Manager and Assistant CEO of Sardar Group, stated the importance of this project to Sardar Group and Iraq.

Sardar Group is always providing goods to Iraqi consumers with official after sales services given by the manufactures to protect Iraqi consumers from any of product liability. It’s importance is not well understood yet in Iraq, however Sardar Group wishes to keep communicating with Iraqi consumers about the big risk of unfamiliarity of products liability. Sardar Group proposes to launch official manufactures’ warranty with recall (products defect by the manufacturer) registration system in Iraq.
