Sardar Group held its year-end gathering for employees and their families on 26 December 2025 at Sakura Park in Erbil, welcoming a strong turnout from the Group’s teams alongside their loved ones. The event was designed as a family-focused occasion that reflects the Group’s commitment to strengthening an organisational culture rooted in social connection and a shared sense of belonging across the workplace.

The programme featured a variety of segments catering to different age groups, including a stage sports performance and a video presentation highlighting key milestones and achievements across the Group in 2025. A dedicated welcome video was also presented for new employees, reflecting the Group’s focus on integration and on fostering a sense of belonging from the very beginning. The event further included a celebratory parade that brought an atmosphere of engagement and energy, followed by a musical performance by artist Rawan Ibrahim. The programme concluded with gift distribution for children, while a range of food and beverages was served throughout the event, from a full café setup to traditional local dishes, creating a warm and comfortable experience for attendees.
In a speech delivered during the event, Mr. Sardar, Chairman & CEO of Sardar Group, expressed his deep pride in the Group’s employees and their families, emphasising that family support remains a cornerstone of sustained contribution and success within the workplace. He noted that the Group’s people are the true foundation behind its achievements, and that progress is built through the harmony between professional dedication and family stability.
He added that Sardar Group remains committed to advancing employment and creating sustainable job opportunities, noting that more than half of the announced target of 500 jobs for 2025 has been achieved to date. He also highlighted that the Group’s financial year is still ongoing, reinforcing the likelihood of reaching the full target before year-end, while continuing to drive positive growth that serves all stakeholders.
