The Japanese Ambassador in Iraq, to commend Mr. Sardar Al-Bebany, Chairman of Sardar Group and President of Toyota Iraq.

On Sunday, 21st of August 2022, at Erbil Rotana, a ceremony was held by his Excellency, the Japanese Ambassador in Iraq, to commend Mr. Sardar Al-Bebany, Chairman of Sardar Group and President of Toyota Iraq, with the Certificate of Commendation in recognition of his pioneering role in strengthening Iraqi-Japanese economic and cultural relations, as well as his outstanding initiatives in contributing to the human development in Iraq. The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Central and Regional Governments with a group of businessmen and prestigious social figures. This Japanese government initiative has embodied a strategic aspect implying Japan’s interest in the Iraqi market and the serious intentions of Japanese companies to invest in it, in addition to highlighting the expansion of the role available to be occupied by the private sectors, especially through access to factories and global markets in order to regulate the trade with Iraq in a way that ensures the achievement of national development. And from our side, we extend our sincere congratulations to Mr. Sardar Al-Bebany, praising his experience and drawing lessons from it in all fields of work.
